SHED

SHED provides digital data/video link in two versions: Shed-OFDM_T2 and Shed-IP.

Shed-OFMD_T2  is a compact, cutting-edge digital video/audio RF link (transmitter + receiver) for mobile applications, with unmatched performance. It has been designed to take advantage of the excellence of the digital codec and modulation systems.

Shed-OFMD_T2 employs OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) modulation with a large number of sub-carriers and offers a range of different modes, making it very flexible to be adapted to the various types of applications.

Shed uses very strong and efficient error correction algorithms: LDPC (Low Density Parity Check) coding combined with BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquengham) coding, offering a very robust signal. It also employs time and frequency interleaving.

Shed-IP is a compact, cutting-edge high-power, Hexa band RF digital data link that provides throughput and range needed for complex data intensive applications. It offers software selectable operations in six frequency bands between 1.6 and 2.5 GHz. It is suitable for mobile applications, with unmatched performance. It has been designed to take advantage of the excellence of the digital codec and modulation systems.

Shed-IP is also a world-class solution for streaming and accessing video over low or variable bandwidth networks. It provides high quality, low latency and resilient approach to real-time video and audio transmission. It combines a proprietary video codec and an ultra-efficient, adaptive approach to managing the underlying communications bearer. This results in far more reliable and cost-effective, real-time video.
